Case Study: Pallet resistance

Initial premise:

The customer manufactures chemical products and he needs to ship bulk bags (SuperBags) on corrugated pallets.

• The customer needs to use corrugated pallets only
• Each pallet weighs 2200lbs
• The customer double stacks their pallet in transit
• Standard corrugated pallets are not sturdy enough

Challenges:

• Standard pallets not designed for this application didn’t resist the load of double stacking

Solution:

We manufactured a pallet with:

• Custom dimension and very high resistance.
• Full runner top and bottom deck with 20 cores
