Maximizing trailer cubage

Project: This manufacturer of quadricycle for recreational sites ships bulky product on long distance and needs to maximize a trailer cubage.

Solution: We decided to ship the units standing up to reduce foot print. An ECO pallet was used combined with corrugated bracing. The side panels provide protections during handling but were kept open to facilitate inspection. Packaging comes in kit, top & bottom nested, to maximize warehousing space and accelerate packing.
